Carol Wallace, My Guiding Light.

Heart felt thanks to my dear friend and Reiki Master Teacher, Carol Wallace who fell in love with this particular Spirit Man. Carol had a mission and a desire for me to start sharing my art with those who wish to see it. Her enthusiasm was boundless and her support never faultered.

None of this would have been possible without Christina Fortier and the Practice Room in Meredith, NH, who fell in love with my florals and Spirit Men (as named by Christina) and through her interest in my work, she set about launching me and extracting me 'Out Of My Closet'. Love to both of you ladies and endless thanks for being a part of my artistic journey and my spiritual journey. You are both great teachers.

Upcoming Art Showing

I've been totally blessed with the input and support of a few individuals who have encouraged me to share my art with those who may wish to view and ponder my work.
Everything happens at the right time, for good reason, if we have faith and believe in timing and allow the energy to flow, then opportunity will present itself. We must simply trust and enjoy the journey.

I wish to thank Carol Wallace for her support and for laying the path infront of me (you are a special light) and I also wish to thank Christina Fortier for hosting this event in her beautiful place of spirit and wellness. Christina, I am enjoying our journey.

The public showing of my artwork will be at The Practice Room in Meredith, Friday November 20th, 2009 between 3pm and 8pm. A beautiful, welcoming and spiritual venue so totally suitable for my work to be displayed.

Namaste Regina

Watercolor
Art is a spiritual journey for some. For me, it comes from deep within, from source. As I came out of the closet, spirit opened doors, friends held my hands, family nurtured me and there infront of me, was a new beginning. This painting is the first of a few to follow in its footsteps. Dedicated to my friend, Regina. We took a spiritual journey together and this painting honors her Path Om...... rainbow chakras, her land, pot of gold which blooms as a flower in her garden, wings of an angel with an essence of her Native American roots and 'the' white light, a gift from the devine.

My Secret Garden

Watercolor
So, if I had more time, I would have a secret garden full of wonderful flowers. A constant bloom from spring to fall of every color and shape. A place to meditate and feel light headed with the abundance of perfume.

A Hint of Tuscany

Watercolor
Memories from the past, many summers as a child spent in Italy. The colors in this series of 4 paintings are meant to transcend you to a warm and beautiful place with white beaches, delicious food and with a hint of romance.

The Pink Armchair

Watercolor
Comfy cozy, grab a book, put your feet up and relax. Inspired by my evening activity to sit curled up with a book and eventually doze off.
My fantasy chair, worn out leather which oozes an invitation to sit on it and dares you to not fall fast asleep!

Flowers And Fruit Make You Feel So Good!

Watercolor
Fantasy flowers meet still life! This was a fun combination of various, recent paintings. I took elements from several recent paintings and with a strong vision for the outcome, I combined these elements into this fantasy flowers and fruit still life painting.

Fallen Fruit!

Watercolor
A display of fresh apples and mums during early Fall inspired my fantasy painting.

Blue Garden Iris

Watercolor
Blue Iris from my garden on a wild and stormy day. The wind was strong and the flowers were standing strong against the stormy sky.

Illuminating Iris

Watercolor
Beautiful white Iris from my garden. Painted in the evening. The background color was inspired by the dark night. In my mind, I could see the the white of the Iris illuminating brightly, filled with life and energy in contrast to the dark.

Poppy Love

Watercolor
Poppy from a friend's garden. It was a bright, sunny, beautiful day. I fell in love with this bright and cheerful Poppy. The heart of the poppy was intriguing.
